We finally have reached the first opponent on Boston College's 2024 schedule, the Florida State Seminoles. BC will go on the road to start their season while simultaneously kicking off ACC play. However, this will be FSU's second game and their second conference game. The Seminoles begin their season in Week 0 in Ireland, facing the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in Dublin. On one hand, this will allow them to work out some kinks from the offseason in a live game. On the other, it will also provide the Eagles with some extra film to scout FSU, while the Seminoles will have no such advantage when facing a BC team with a very new coaching staff.
