Thinks he was a slick thief. Now he should be held accountable to fullest degree possible in our justice system. I am thinking though he will get off with no jail time and just probation but someone can steal a candy bar cause they are starving and get more jail time then he will get. Or far worse someone can accidentally walk out of a retail store with something and have thier whole life wrecked over it. Disgusting that he robbed children and us tax payers of that amount of money and education what a sick individual he is and who ever helped him or didn't report him to authorities before that money just kept building up and up. If he gets probation he will pay restitution in the lowest amount allowed by Department of Corrections which is his Probation fees n 20.00 a month on restitution. Disgusting!!!
