I read the whole story. It's so sad. The guy that killed her also killed her dog. Then he thru it in the dumpter. This guy had all these felony why didn't he get 3 strike law.. Also he attacked a officer with a piece of metal that he sharpened. And they gave him just assault charger. Dose anyone know why..? He had a weapon.
