Marshalltown is a dying city I love the historical nature of Marshalltown but being a resident in marshalltown for 66 years I know that it's time for major changes to this city. we seem to have a people here that makes decisions about what's good for marshalltown and they very seldom ask the tax payers of the community about there thoughts . it's sad to see a handful of leaders I'm marshalltown make decisions with out the communities opions.. the city leaders need to be changed are marshalltown will end up a ghost town. the court system here needs revamped because it's not working with the people who are in place. the only good thing is that judge Kim is the only judge who is a judge who is here to help . the crime is out of hand and the homeless people are in large numbers and no housing for these people. so they become squatters here in the city. and are leaders of the community just turn there heads. landlords charge you a fee to apply for a apartment
