I witnessed this accident, an elderly woman just walked into the lane of traffic. She had no pulse and was barely breathing, I performed CPR on her and by the time the police arrived her pulse came back and her breathing was better but still labored. I really feel bad for the gentleman that hit her, he was a mess even though it wasn't his fault.
