    ..Sue.. sue... the owners should know that they have an obligation to keep up the repairs on their property... they know the government will take years to do anything in the mean time they raise the rent as if uts par for the course...nuff said..

    The building owner said that the elevators were damaged by a water leak and the elevator company is working to fix them. Sometimes stuff happens.
