So, to turn Iron Ore Dust into Gold, you'll need to place the following ingredients into the cauldron: </p><ul><li>3x Alchemical Iron Dust</li></ul><h2>Give the Alchemical Gold to Jafar</h2><p>Once you have performed the experiment, give Jafar the Alchemical Gold. Learning that the experiment didn't exactly go to plan, as it did not yield a 1-1 result, we suggest conducting a few other experiments. </p><h2>Approach Other Alchemically Minded Villagers</h2><p>Wondering if alchemy works differently in Dreamlight Valley, it's time to speak with some other residents of the Valley to see if they can shed some light on the situation. </p><p>You must now speak with Ursula, Jack Skellington, and The Fairy Godmother. If you're having trouble catching the book, we recommend being persistent and attempting to cut it off as it turns. </p><h2>Return to Jafar's Laboratory</h2><p>With all three unique alchemical ingredients gathered, return to Jafar in his Laboratory to begin extracting the essences from the ingredients. </p><h2>How to Make All Major Essence Combinations</h2><p>When you're ready, you'll need to gather several of each essence potion from the nearby table. Unsure what this stone could mean, show your creation to Jafar. </p><h2>Obtain the Emotive Essences</h2><p>Instead of the Gilded Stone, we've created a common Stone of Creativity. In one last attempt, we suggest seeking out the rare Emotive Essences, as they may have more success here in Dreamlight Valley. </p><p>To obtain Emotive Essences, you'll need to gift five favorite items to Villagers and perform five Dreamlight Duties. </p><p>Both of these tasks will differ for every player, so we highly recommend trying to complete the easiest duties available and seeking out villagers with the easiest favorite items to gift.</p><p>Gifting five favorite items to villagers will award you the <b>Essence of Benevolence</b>--be sure to pick up the blue-colored orb off the ground once you complete this task. </p><p>Once you've completed 5 Dreamlight Duties, look around the center Wishing Well in The Docks for the yellow-colored <b>Essence of Wisdom</b>. </p><h2>Show Jafar the Emotive Essences</h2><p>Once you've obtained both the Essence of Wisdom and Essence of Benevolence, show them to Jafar, where you'll learn that maybe trying to create the Gilded Stone wasn't meant to be. </p><p>After speaking with Jafar, the quest will be complete. </p></div></body>
