Joppa all that your saying has all been exhausted so the next best thing is to take ownership and get the drug off the streets and then maybe advancement can happen until then nothing.

I'm very sad for the addicts that lost there life's but until the reality of the situations comes up and slaps you straight in the face (HELP THY NEIGHBORS) AND THEN MAYBE IT WILL SHOW IMPROVEMENT TWORDS THE DRUG OR DRUGS THAT R OUT THERE IT WON'T WORK. ONLY ADDICTS UNDERSTAND WHAT IM SAYING.
