what about the civilians working outside of this list? I have stage 4 breast cancer and denied both ss and ssi. we went from 2 incomes to 1. they claim I didn't work enough to get the points needed. it's really ridiculous that your entire work history doesn't count.

I'm for that I have all 4 of my quarters but because I worked for and retired from the USG. I'm not allowed to collect my duly paid in full social security money. How is that fair.. give me my money back or let me collect my Social Security payments? And there are Multi thousands of us in the same situation.
