WHY ARE THESE UNDERAGE WANNABES RUNNING THE STREETS AFTER CURFEW? Charge the parents for the damages! And make them go to parenting classes and drag the wannabe bonnie and clydes to the parenting classes. Besides sending the juveniles behinds to jail. Charge them as adults since they have guns to shoot people and take what doesn’t belong to them. Stop with the excuses. We as parents are responsible on how we raise our children. Not the community! We as parents should be involving our children in sports and other activities to keep them busy and learn what they like and don’t like.
