SWB is full of it. They are putting locks on the meter where if you have a plumbing issue, the water can't be turned off from the meter. That is ridiculous because if the plumber has to wait on SWB to come out, well, he needs to be sure he has lunch and dinner. They need to clean all those catch base and stop flooding the city. That's what is important, not a smart meter

Well the water issues should be more urgent than lighting the bridge or throwing how many millions at the east part of city to upgrade the I-10 service road. The lights are to impress visitors the other directed to where an upper class live. Neither serve all the people in particular those can afford to buy water and pay water bill🤷🏾
