This is what will be burning barns, and it's a good thing there are not many barns in Arizona:Judges who have no law degree, nor passed the bar, for the past 20 years are still presiding on the bench. Ainley, in Yavapai county, for one. Then, previous prosecuting attorneys, Adam Zickerman and Stephen Duncan put innocent people away 20 years ago, and they have no law degree nor passed the bar. Then, they have their own defense law firm for the past 20 years and still have no law degree nor passed the bar. Dozens of judges and probably hundreds of lawyers for the past 20 years, practicing without a law degree nor passing the bar. I checked with the schools and the alumni of the school.
