This is pointless. It is too easy to do this and not get caught. Sumpter was a snake in the industry anyone who knew him knew he'd go down hard eventually. I can think of at least a dozen entities in the same boat that OMMA and OMBDD turn a blind eye to. I was a whistle blower on one of them that employed hundreds of illegal. Venezuelans and barely anything was done to stop them. They paid their way out of trouble. Typical. I can't wait to be back in CO where we do weed right. Highly regulated. Highly monitored. You don't go to work without your official state badge on or you end up in handcuffs. That's how strict they are and it works. Sure it costs a lot more to operate a business that way but you don't have the state getting shit on that way too.
