They won't do a damn thing. Drug addiction is the city/county courts CASH COW! You can't make money off a sober person. Digging a deep hole for an addict is what forms many of the city/county budgets in addition to salaries to the employees of such. Are our citizens really this dense?

This is ridiculous. The Mayor is not doing anything for the city but adding a little paint to it!!! Come on! We need these resources. We also need a new Mayor.
