lol they only get like 40 paid days off a year..

This is been going on for so many years.And since covid got so much worse they expect one person to take care of 20 people or more at times. God forbid something happens to one the one taking care of so many gets in trouble not the ones that should have been fixing this a long time ago. pt ratios shouod be less more pay and benfits any one working pt care needs this for all the day. Everyone can talk about it but action needs to happen now not latter people are suffering from lack of care period.
