If you opt for sun brewing, make sure to use a glass container, as glass helps to refract the sunlight, which heats the water and in turn brews the tea. </p><h2>Ingredients</h2><ul><li>8 single-serving black tea bags</li><li>6 single-serving peach herbal tea bags</li><li>2-3 cups (16-24 oz.) bourbon</li><li>1 1/2 cups simple syrup</li><li>Ice</li><li>Lemon or lime wheels (optional), for serving</li></ul><h2>Directions</h2><ol><li>Place 12 cups water, black tea bags, and peach herbal tea bags in a 1-gallon (128-oz.) container or drink dispenser. Cover and place outside in direct sunlight, moving as necessary to keep in sunlight, until tea is desired strength, 3 to 4 hours. </li><li>Squeeze tea bags to extract excess tea; discard bags.
