It shouldn’t be boy toBe charged BUT ADULTS AROUND HIM! I have nephews of 26, 20, 18, 14 years olds they don’t even know how to load nor shoot a gun! Because they simply never held it in their hands! So tell me how does 11 year old knows how to handle a gun?? Or knows where it is located??? Adults should be charged around him EVEN IF THEY ARE DEAD, IT IS THEIR FAULT!!! I would never charge a child because I am actually psychologist (well finishing my degree but only because my psychology teachers said I should get degree or certificate because I am “God given talent”) and educator. I worked with difficult children and never sent a single one away it’s not kids fault but UNCARING NEGLECTING ADULTS! You won’t see school social worker nor district call CPS on such families simply because they don’t want to face such families nor encounter abusive families! School and children services AFRAID TO CONFRONT SUCH FAMILIES! I am constantly a witness to that!😳💁😡
