Many states have been able to significantly reduce their state income taxes without increasing ant other taxes. How does anyone think that happens? It’s done by downsizing government. The Governors reduce the size of the bureaucracy starting with their own cabinets! Pardon me but this kicker crap is bullshit! I’m pretty sure I can better manage my money than the state can!
