look at what they are building sports building in park and high school and the legendary fields we need retail, trash cleaned up streets redone houses that are falling in bull dosed down. come in Ottumwa wake up

that's just what this town NEEDS. Whoever approved this should be ashamed when there are so many other things that take a HUGE PRIORITY over a bike trail!! Come on Ottumwa, get your head out of your asses and fix the fuckin streets
