This happened to me before and I went to the station to report it. Management paid for all repairs without question. It had happened to others at the same time. The tanks had gotten too low before refilling. Why did this person feel compelled to call DHEC? Was she the only person affected? Surely not. Was the management denying her claims and not willing to make it right? Reputation is everything in business. This has definitely affected theirs.
