If you look at who's getting caught and for what on the Police Blotters, that could give you a good indication. There's been an influx of criminals from the Chicago and Milwaukee metropolitan areas getting caught in Central Wisconsin and N.E.W. for drug related offenses. In the Western part of the State, you see a lot of criminals crossing the border from Minnesota. They're criminals that are expanding their drug trade out of the larger metropolitan areas to make more money, and that then has a knock-on effect of "inspiring" local criminal entrepreneurs to do the same.

Like every profession there are going to be good workers and there is gonna be bad workers and unfortunately that extends into law enforcement. Sometimes you have a power hungry cop whom has a badge and a giant chip on his shoulder and that mentality extends into there personally, people whom have had bad experiences with those types of officers are more likely to lash out at ALL cops no matter what and like a previous message declared, no respect, no self respect, desensitized and no moral compass.
