    WELL WELL MR TYSON ..THank you mike , I am just a couple weeks from turning 60 ( Damm) but your recent shipping (sparring)work out has been an inspiration and has awakened the part of me that has gone been put to sleep 25 yr ago and I have just picked up some weight's dumbbells and jump rope !!! Thank you once again mike Tyson for just being you !!! The work does not allow anyone to mentally distract what some just do not understand so at 60 my scares are heald and now MY LIFE IS SIMPLY UNTILL THE WHEELS FALL OFF BITCH !!✌️😎💯🤪
