I wonder what the reason was. This explains why I got a call (automated) from my daughters HS informing of an emergency lock down drill happening early next week. We don't live in Rapid, but close enough to prompt a drill. It's unfortunate that there is cause for the emergency drill. However, I am glad things are being taken seriously in Rapid, as well as in schools in the surrounding counties to try to help keep our kids safe. Scary times 😟
