if they aren't in a shelter or city provided lot then they need fines period that is how we will fix the problem no more excuses make them act like people and not let them tell you ........come on folks their excuse was they needed more beds and they will end urban camping vote no they still did it still hasn't ended ..........we need to recall all members and our mayor

put another shelter by the poverello center. use the land we already paid for "the covid hotel" on Broadway nice empty lot. the city has already ruined Broadway.
