did everyone read the first paragraph? it allows the recalled person to still be a candidate and lieutenant governor to appoint anyone he wants to fill the position. so in simple terms. the lies governor who is the governors second in command has the control over who gets the job. so if newscum gets recalled again. now he gets to stay as a candidate and his buddy gets to choose who to take the governor position. it's set up so even if we vote to recall newscum. his buddy will give him back the job against the vote of the people. and you liberal POS say fascist all the time. is this not fascism? liberalism is a mental disorder 🤔 the end
