it's gonna cost another 5-$10,000 to bring the home up to compliance. the realtor will no likely hide the fact that it isn't under village standards leaving the new owner to foot the bill.this type of bait and switch happens all of the time by village realtors just ask the new owners of middleton or village residents that were told one thing by village realtors and found out what they signed hide or misworded things to entice buyers.

Running a stop sign seems to be the norm everywhere here in Florida along with speeding. I thought driving in Chicago, where I lived previously, was bad.
