🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Like it does any good. You can set up your checkpoints. You can even arrest drunken drivers. But the courts in south dakota will Turn them loose & slap their hands. Hats up to the cop That arrest them but the judges stink!! At 1:30.In the afternoon a Mexican.Man hit me. No Insurance no driver's license and he ran from the crime. They caught him. He never served a day of jail.He had to go to Go to classes about drinking and driving and pay a small fine. But now he's free to go out and get drunk and hit somebody again.Hopefully next time he won't kill anybody!!! The judges are not hard enough on these people.To send a message to the first time no drinking and driving. I believe if you get picked up the first time automatic ninety days in jail no work release!!! No mercy for people who are willing to get behind The wheel of a car and drink and drive and put everybody's lives in danger of being killed!!!
