For decades, drug corporations have price-gouged Medicare enrollees on everything from insulin to blood thinners, but thanks to the new law the nation’s largest drug manufacturers are finally facing some accountability for raising their prices faster than inflation and boosting their profits through monopoly pricing. The result is more affordable medicine for seniors and people with disabilities.
