    Apparent attack plot: Three Taylor Swift concerts this week in Vienna, the capital of Austria, have been called off over an apparent plot to launch an attack in the area, possibly at the stadium itself.     Devices discovered: Authorities on Wednesday said they had arrested two suspects , one of whom appeared to be planning the attack in the Vienna area. The 19-year-old main suspect was arrested in Ternitz and the second suspect, a 17-year-old, in Vienna. Franz Ruf, the public security director at Austria’s Interior Ministry, said chemical substances and technical devices were found at the house of the 19-year-old Austrian. The investigation >

    Alleged links to Islamic State group: According to Ruf, the 19-year-old suspect had recently uploaded an oath of allegiance to the current leader of the Islamic State group militia to the internet and also confessed his attack plans. Austrian security officials said he was “clearly radicalized in the direction of the Islamic State and thinks it is right to kill infidels.” Authorities on Thursday morning reported finding Islamic State group and al-Qaida material at the home of the 17-year-old suspect.
