I-75 shooting: The man accused of opening fire on an interstate in Kentucky sent a text message saying he planned “to kill a lot of people” less than 30 minutes before he shot and wounded multiple people on Interstate 75, an arrest warrant said. “I’m going to kill a lot of people. Venue change: A judge has granted a venue change for Bryan Kohberger , who requested the court to move his upcoming murder trial from the small town of Moscow, Idaho, arguing the small local jury pool was likely tainted by pretrial publicity. Latah County Judge John Judge stated several reasons behind his decision to allow Kohberger to change jurisdictions Monday, including hardship on the local courthouse staff. Border report: Rolling gunbattles between cartel members left four people dead and several vehicles shot-up just south of the Texas-Mexico border late Sunday and early Monday, Chihuahua state police said.
