( NewsNation ) — A new lawsuit filed by plaintiff Ashley Parham alleges Sean “Diddy” Combs engaged in a “violent gangbang style rape,” using a TV remote.

Parham claims the rape was a form of “payback” after she told him she believed he “had something to do with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.”

The newly released complaint obtained by NewsNation details horrific details of the alleged assault from 2018, describing how Parham was drugged and then raped by multiple men. Parham claims she reported the rape to three police departments, including those in Walnut Creek and Orinda, California.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, Parham’s attorney, joined NewsNation’s “ Banfield ” on Tuesday night to discuss why her client decided to return and spend the night at the alleged rape.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sexual misconduct allegations, lawsuits: Timeline

Six lawsuits were filed Monday against the music producer and rapper that allege he sexually assaulted two men and two women between 1995 and 2021.

These suits were filed anonymously in the Southern District of New York. Among them is one by a man who says he was a minor at the time of the assault. “Defendant Sean Combs routinely recruited individuals to parties, drugged them, and then sexually exploited them,” according to a complaint.

Attorneys for Combs told NewsNation the rap mogul “has never sexually assaulted anyone —adult or minor, man or woman.”

“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process.  In court, the truth will prevail,” they said.

Previously, attorney Erica Wolff said Combs “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.” “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,” Wolff said in a statement.
