A large caravan of migrants is heading from southern Mexico toward the United States’ southern border. Former Border Patrol Chief Ron Vitiello says the migrants or the cartel could’ve chosen this time right before the November election in fear that things could change along the border once a new president is elected. Vitiello discusses how Mexico could assist the U.S. Border Patrol in stopping migrants from illegally crossing into the country.
