The absolute avalanche of Big Lots store closings continues as the chain is now suddenly closing 56 more stores and the new list includes 2 more in Missouri and an additional 2 now in Illinois also.

CBS News is reporting that Big Lots has a filing on Friday that confirms 56 more closings and some are so new, their official websites don't yet reflect this new reality. Here are the Missouri and Illinois Big Lots stores that have just been added to the closings list.
