Two California Spots Named Among The Top 10 'Rudest Cities' In America

Regardless of why, there is one California city that made the top ten.

According to a list compiled by Clever Real Estate , the rudest cities in all of California are Los Angeles and San Francisco ranking 4th and 6th on the list.
