Woman Arrested For Threatening Neighbor Who Refused To Sell Her Marijuana

Miami Gardens, FL - A South Florida woman has been arrested after allegedly threatening a neighbor who refused to sell her marijuana.

Police say 24-year-old Jennifeere Jinius was taken into custody on Tuesday following a disturbing series of events.

According to police, the incident began when Jinius asked to smoke her neighbor's husband's medical marijuana.

When the request was denied, Jinius escalated the situation by sending threatening text messages and images to the victim.

The messages included violent threats against the victim and her family.

To further intimidate the victim, Jinius is accused of ordering a pizza to be delivered to the victim's apartment as a form of harassment.

Jinius faces charges of writing threats to kill or injure, threatening or harassing a victim through a phone call, and violating a restraining order.
