Amazon Expansion In Florida Expected To Result In More Than 1,300 Jobs

Amazon is expanding in Florida and the company says that expansion will create more than 1,300 jobs.

The online retail giant plans to build a one-million square foot Inbound Cross-dock in Port St. Lucie, to intake third-party and Amazon products for distribution to fulfillment centers.

Amazon will also build delivery stations in Jacksonville, Melbourne and Tampa.

An economic impact report shows that over $36 billion has been invested in Florida by Amazon since 2010.
