DAVENPORT, FL -- Two men and a woman are facing charges after Polk sheriff's deputies busted what they say is a mobile marijuana dispensary, operating out of a truck.

Sheriff Grady Judd says the operators of the Orlando-based "Cannibus" crossed the line into Polk County and set up shop near U.S. 192 in the Four Corners area. Social media posts said the bus would "come to you" and would sell marijuana "without a medical card." The truck was fully wrapped with a phone number, social media handles and a QR code. Judd says the operators "weren't even trying to follow the law", describing their conduct as "just plain stupid."

Deputies say the bus was selling legal hemp products above-board, with illegal marijuana under-the-counter. Judd says that even as the deputies were shutting down and confiscating the Cannibus, people were still driving up to buy. "You should not buy marijuana from a Cannibus, because it's illegal," Judd told reporters.

40-year-old Jimmy Andrial, his 35-year-old wife Bianca, and 37-year-old Daniel McCreary are all facing charges in connection with the toke truck operation. Judd says Andrial has been in prison four times, on convictions that include battery on a law enforcement officer. The sheriff says Andrial threatened violence against police again during his arrest. McCreary has been to prison three times.

Judd says criminals have been pushing the envelope since voters legalized medical marijuana in Florida, and he believes the passage of a recreational marijuana amendment would make things worse.
