West Palm Beach Has Launched Its New Website

The new West Palm Beach city website is now live, with a design that is aimed at making it easier for residents and visitors to find what they need.

Mayor Keith James recently previewed the change, saying those navigating the city's online services should be able to find what they need with confidence and ease.

He added that the goal of this new site, which launched on Thursday, is to be more engaging to users, maintain their transparency goals and improve communication and marketing efforts.

The site features a more up-to-date design and layout. It has a prominently placed search bar and the goal of the designers is to let users get where they want within two clicks.

The homepage highlights news and events for the city. At the bottom of the page are multiple demographic facts about the city, including its size, population and household income.
