    Motorcyclist Arrested For High-Speed 138MPH Chase On Alligator Alley

    Collier County, FL - A man was arrested Monday after leading Florida Highway Patrol troopers on a high-speed chase reaching speeds of 138 mph on Alligator Alley.

    Authorities say Florida Highway Patrol troopers clocked 39-year-old Steven Toral traveling at 131 mph on Interstate 75 near Mile Marker 92 and attempted to pull him over.

    Toral continued to flee, reaching speeds of 138 mph before eventually stopping at Mile Marker 99.

    Upon apprehension, Toral was found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

    He is facing charges of fleeing and eluding police, resisting arrest, reckless driving, and drug possession.

    Idiot. You can’t escape the Cameras, police radio, helicopter and mutual aid between multiple law enforcement agencies in the area. Collier County, BSO, FHP, FWC and Seminole police are all over alligator alley.
