Road Rage Incidents On The Rise In Martin County

The Martin County Sheriff's Office says the amount of road rage incidents are on the uptick.

The agency reports that during all of last year, they responded to 64 calls related to road rage. That number is already at 63 so far this year.

Eleven of those have involved guns, including two incidents on Sunday. Both suspects face aggravated assault charges.

Sheriff William Snyder asks drivers to take a deep breath if someone cuts them off in traffic. He attributes the increase to urban growth.
