Governor Declares State of Emergency for 41 Counties

Governor Ron DeSantis declaring a state of emergency for 41 Florida counties ahead of Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine which formed this morning. The system is expected to make landfall as a tropical storm or hurricane in the Panhandle or Big Bend on Thursday.
