Broward Celebrates 10th Annual "Read for the Record" Day

Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz and other elected officials are at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Hollywood for Broward's "Read for the Record" day. School Board Vice Chair Debbie Hixon says the day has been celebrated for the past decade. Community leaders are also going into schools to read "Piper Chen Sings" It's about a girl who loves to sing but gets nervous. When asked to perform solo, she uses the nervous butterflies in her stomach to find the courage to go on stage.
