While the remnants of tropical storm Debby may have gone, many in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania are dealing with Debbie's aftermath caused by the heavy rain and flooding. Heavy rain damaged the bridge connecting Bridget Harvey’s home in West Wyoming to the main road, causing a 50 foot wide ditch. Friends of Harvey built a footbridge to connect her home to the main road.

The Borough of Trout Run in Lycoming County was heavily damaged by Tropical Depression Debbie. Water ripped through Route 14 in front of the Trout Run fire company, causing half the fire company building to be condemned. The Trout Run Volunteer Fire Company will continue serving the community from a mobile unit until they find a new home base.
