An Othello, WA Man is facing at least five counts of odometer tampering, according to US Attorney's Officials in Spokane. The man would buy used cars, and rollback the mileage. Following an investigation by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Adams County Sheriff's Office, Reynaldo Valdez Garza Jr., 52, of Othello, was charged with the five counts.

The formal charge against 34-year-old Darren Bowannie is Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. Borwannie was responsible for, according to the US Attorney's Office, transporting individuals in the custody of the Spokane Indian Tribe and Bureau of Indian Affairs, to and from the Colville Tribal Correctional Facility located in Nepelem, WA.

State Wide Manhunt Ended In Washington – UPDATE
Suspect Arrested in Wapato Homicide Following Pursuit. Gianni Philip Alaimo, 45, the primary suspect in the fatal domestic violence shooting that occurred on Friday night (September 6th) in Wapato, has been arrested. Following a Crime Stoppers tip, detectives located Alaimo around 11 a.m. today, leading to a short pursuit in the county. The chase ended at Front St. and W. Yakima Ave., where Alaimo was taken into custody. He is now being held in County Jail, facing charges of Aggravated Murder in the 1st Degree – Domestic Violence, and Assault 2nd Degree – Domestic Violence.
