LYCOMING COUNTY, Pa. — One person is dead, and another is in the hospital after a crash in Lycoming County Saturday night. According to the Lycoming County Coroner's Office, Kathleen McFadden, 65, was killed when a Jeep driving south on Route 87 in Upper Fairfield Township near Montoursville crossed into oncoming traffic and hit the car she was a passenger in just after 6 p.m.
