we find them all the time up here in the panhandle of Florida. but most turn it in. in this economy you have to be crazy they would probably try and charge you for it . might as well keep it. there are so many drugs anyway. why really turn it in? they sheriff's office will just lose it in evidence and replace it and it will be on the streets anyways. in the county next to me Escambia county they had many cases of them stealing and replaced with fake drugs. so who can you really trust but yourselves
