Money was set aside to help compensate the officers, post pandemic. There is no reason the city should not disperse these funds immediately. Sounds like they're using that fund as a carrot 🥕 to strengthen their negotiating position. This should be illegal, and they've now shown they are NOT negotiating in good faith. They're saying we value our officers in one hand ... while the other hand is in the officers' pockets. Shame on you. Do better!
