This is not a victory. It is a brief stay of execution and nothing more!! As soon as the election is over, it will all resume. And don't forget, there is no immunity protection for the NY charges because the crimes were committed before he was president. Not that he can really claim immunity on any of his charges. He illegally retained the classified docs after he left office! So, it's not an official act!! Setting off 1/6, illegally asking for 11k+ votes, trying to install fake electors... NONE of those qualify as official acts!! Especially now that he has publicly admitted he knows he actually lost the election by a whisker!!
