MIDLAND, Texas — The Midland Humane Coalition will be making the move from the inside of a PetSmart to a new facility along Business 20. “When we started 13 years ago, obviously we were a foundational organization and we didn't have a lot of resources and through years and years, almost 13 years of generous donations and support, we've been able to see this dream realized to have a standalone facility that can service our community,” said Jessica Southern, president of the board for MHC.
