Repeat offender arrested on firearm violation
Newton County Sheriff Glenn Wheeler said is a press release on Friday, June 21, his office was contacted by an Arkansas State Police Trooper on Thursday to assist with a traffic stop just outside Jasper. The Trooper had stopped Dakota Lynn Williams, 30, a parolee from Omaha. Newton County Chief Deputy Blocker arrived on scene and assisted with the investigation.
